Mahāmaudgalyāyana　摩訶目犍連;大目犍連 One of the Buddha’s ten great disciples, well known for his supernatural powers. He once was a disciple of one of the six non-Buddhist teachers, and converted to Buddhism through the exhortation of Śāriputra.
