fearlessness 無畏 The four forms of confidence which a Buddha has when he expounds the Dharma: 1) no fear of asserting that he knows everything in this world, 2) no fear of asserting that he has destroyed all blind passions, 3) no fear of explaining blind passions, 4) no fear of expounding the way to extinguish blind passions and attain liberation from the cycle of birth-and-death.
